  • 1.3 lbs (600 g) potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6.3 fl oz (180 ml) heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste

  • 3.5 tbsp (50 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Creamy Potato Base:

Place the chopped potatoes in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth. Add the heavy cream and mix well to achieve a creamy consistency. Adjust salt to taste.
